Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Charges

A reverse pickup fee will be applicable for all returns.

This charge is applied per product (not per order/location), as it is charged to us by our logistics partners on a per-item basis.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time free exchange for all eligible products. Any additional exchange requests beyond the first may be chargeable.


3. Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)

In cases of system issues or unavailability of a pickup service at your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our address.

In such cases, we will refund the courier charges paid by the customer, and no reverse pickup fee will be deducted.


4. Damaged Product Returns

For returns due to damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

If the unboxing video is not available, the approval of the return request will be at the sole discretion of the company, and we are not obligated to accept such requests.


5. Product Appearance Disclaimer


There may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish between the product images displayed on-screen and the actual product received. This can occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography.

Returns for such reasons will be subject to the company’s discretion.

However, we always support exchange requests in such cases.


NOTE FOR RETURN

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

1. Returns Are Accepted Only If:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong product (wrong item, size, or color)

Note: You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

Also, customized products are not subject to return or exchange

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return refund or any claim pertaining to missing products, a complete unboxing video (from the moment of opening the sealed package) showing the issue clearly is mandatory.

3. Return Charges

If you wish to return for reasons other than damage or wrong delivery, the following charges will apply:

   • Return pickup fee: ₹199

These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition

 • A logistics charge may be applicable for the exchange pickup and redelivery

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is picked up -

  • Refund link from Rozorpay will be shared on whatsup. The Refund will be processed in the details given (in case of COD).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in case of online payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the item

6. How to Raise a Request

To raise a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  • Go to 'My Orders' section on the Siddho Hum website

  • Select the order you wish to return or exchange

  • Upload the required unboxing video clearly showing the issue

 • Mention the reason for return or exchange

  • Submit the request within 3 days of delivery
